Ruth + Claudel

On our way to our New Years Eve wedding, Andrea and I met up with Ruth and Claudel for a beautiful afternoon e-session in Miami. After our stop at their wedding location, Fairchild Tropical Gardens, where we spent almost an hour (goes by quick there!) creating some amazing portraits for the two of them, we headed to Key Biscayne for some rocking sunset shots in the water. It was a bit chilly this evening but that didn’t stop Andrea from pushing me into the water and helping with the lighting. Ruth and Claudel are such a nice couple and can’t believe their wedding is coming up already in March!  Yeah!

This bride got it first! 10-10-10

Heather was quick to jump on this date on our schedule and secured this date many months ago, and now her wedding is only 10 months away! Andrea is slowly catching up with some blog images and next on the list was this lovely couple from Georgia. We should just buy this section of the beach for our shoots….its  our couples favorite location for shoots! Once again….Andrea’s favorites!

Kadian and Vernon

Well, this session almost didnt start because Vernon and I were watching some football on the bigscreen in the HD Theater, but Kadian and Andrea somehow got him out of the studio and off to their session on the beach! What sports, because it was COLD that evening but they were troopers and although it was frigid out the weather was nice! It will be a nice change of scenery for this wedding as we head north (yes north not south!) for this wedding in Orlando at the Ritz Carlton. We look forward to it! Here are some of Andrea’s favorites from the session, enjoy!

Another amazing e-session

Jade & Jirka had SO MANY images to choose from from thier killer e-session they had no choice…they had to get an album! Their engagment Finao album is gonna rock! They have so many great images! We are excited to photograph their wedding in February but first comes engagement session images..enjoy!

Soon to be Mr. & Mrs. Keane

So weird when our friends change their name! We cut no corners with Jason & Stephanie’s engagement session as we tackled Miami traffic to get down to the ghetto (where else can you get graffiti?) before finishing up in Key Biscayne with an amazing sunset. Andrea has the pleasure of shooting the photography for this couple and I am honored to be the Best Man in Jason’s bridal party! Wahoo—I get to party as Andrea works :) Can’t wait for their wedding in February!

Heather and Nathan’s smokin hot beach session!

We are looking forward to photographing and filming Heather and Nathan’s Marco Island wedding in a few weeks, but they flew down last week to shoot their engagement session and Andrea rocked it once again with some smokin imagery of the two of them! Doesn’t hurt that they are a great looking couple!! :) Here are some favorites from their session and we look forward to producing their engagement guest book as well with their favorite images! ~Ryan

Quick Teaser from Downtown Palm Beach Engagement

We are shooting Farah and Arshad’s wedding this weekend in Miami and can’t wait to photgraphy all the amazing events this weekend! Here was a few of the last of images we took at twilight from their e-session!

Delray Beach E-Session

Trish and Mike are getting married in a few short weeks, but first comes their engagement session! Photgraphed in downtown Delray Beach, we were able to hit up Atlantic Ave before we finish up on the beach. We are so lucky here in FL to get these lovely locations–and we all take it for granted that we live in such a nice place! Too bad its usually too hot to enjoy it all the time! But then again thats what ice cold drinks are for! I assisted Andrea on this shoot, and I have to give a shout out to our two photographic assistants because our equipment is not light..we certainly give our assistants a lot of heavy stuff to drag around! But then again, I am Andrea’s best assistant :) Here are a few of Andrea’s favorites….

Elizabeth + Omar Engaged

Omar and Elizabeth were GREAT to work with at their engagement session last week! We typically shoot about an hour for e-sessions, however this couple wanted a taste of everything Miami has, so we started at the lovely Vizcaya Gardens and melted for an hour and a half (its a shame this garden closes at 4:30…too early!) and got some fabulous images there before heading to our 2nd stop….at Bayside marketplace where we got a few more downtown photographs. This was our “in-between” location that we chose to let time go by before we were heading to get some fantastic sunset shots with the miami skyline in the background. Omar was like the best guy ever for hanging in there for such a long shoot—almost 6 hours! The funny thing was that he took longer than Elizabeth before each location to change and get ready…whats up with that Omar! The evening was totally worth it as Omar and Elizabeth are going to be overwhelmed with so many great photographs to choose from! I can’t wait to photograph this couple’s wedding in 2 months! ~ Ryan

New York City…here we are!

We had a blast in New York City a few weeks ago photographing Nick & Angela’s engagement session. It was a two day shoot and we had a great time photographing in Central Park, near the Brooklyn Bridge, and Times Square. We decided to show the softer side of NYC in the blog images we chose, with some amazing backdrops of the city….and our favorite after sundown in park in Brooklyn. There were so many portraits from this event….but with our new “blog strategy” you’ll see just a few! Enjoy! I think Andrea and I may add a new location/area to serve instead of just South Florida..what do you think? Feel free to comment!
