Carrie and Jeff got married at the amazing Vizcaya Gardens in Coral Gables, and their event was just stunning! I have to say it was quite hard working around the television crew from WeTV that was filming for the hit show Platinum Weddings, but we made it! We were thrown for a loop when the security team from the the Delano hotel staff said we couldn’t shoot anywhere on property (something like they have a copyright on all the furniture in the hotel, hmm…ok)…so we went to plan b, which was the beach, but as we went out there it started to drizzle…oh no! It was really hot during the day so maybe it was meant to be to stay inside before the ceremony! The weather cleared perfectly (and wonderfully cooled off) for the evening ceremony, and what a perfect ceremony it was. Amazing floral and the great atmosphere of Vizcaya Gardens set the mood for this sunset wedding. The reception was waiting for the guests after the two tied the knot and the guests were treating to more amazing decor, lighting, music, and to a great looking (great tasting I am sure!) five course dinner. We were happy to join Carrie and Jeff once again on Monday for their editorial session, which gave us the great opportunity to get even more stunning portraits of the newlyweds! Can’t wait to see this wedding on TV!
